Shipment and Delivery Policy

At ILONABRIDAL, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This shipment and delivery policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping process, delivery timelines, costs, and other relevant information.

    2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet different needs. At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipment options. Our carriers ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders.

    3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Please note that international shipping may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

    4. Order Processing Time

  •    Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched.

  •    Custom and made-to-order products may require an additional processing time of 3-6 weeks, subject to the availability of fabrics in stock and the production workload. The set shipping day will be emailed to you after the order is paid.

    5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or adverse weather conditions. The following are general estimates:

  Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

  Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

  Overnight Shipping: Next business day

    6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

    7. Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

    8. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as a delay or a missing package, please contact our customer service team at info@ilonabridal.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when making your purchase. ILONABRIDAL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realise you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@ilonabridal.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. The delivery address cannot be changed or cancelled once the order has been dispatched.

    10. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@ilonabridal.com within 5 days of receiving the damaged package or from the expected delivery date for lost packages. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.

    11. Custom and Duty Charges

Customs and import duties may apply to international shipments. At checkout, we offer two payment options: Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

  •   DDU means that the seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive safely at the destination, but the buyer is responsible for import duties. Before paying, please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

  •    DDP means that the seller must cover duties, import clearance, and any taxes.

    13. Changes to This Shipment and Delivery Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.  A change in policy does not affect orders that were paid before the change. Your continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
